S,O?Ligand?Promoted Pd?Catalyzed C?H Olefination of Anisole Derivatives
نویسندگان
چکیده
The C?H olefination of substituted anisole derivatives by a Pd/S,O-ligand catalyst is reported. reaction proceeds under mild conditions with broad range aryl ethers bearing both electron donating and withdrawing substituents at ortho, meta para positions. Aryl are used as limiting reagents good yields site selectivities observed. methodology operationally simple can be performed aerobic conditions.

متن کاملMyoglobin-Catalyzed Olefination of Aldehydes.
The olefination of aldehydes constitutes a most valuable and widely adopted strategy for constructing carbon-carbon double bonds in organic chemistry. While various synthetic methods have been made available for this purpose, no biocatalysts are known to mediate this transformation. Reported herein is that engineered myoglobin variants can catalyze the olefination of aldehydes in the presence o...
متن کاملStereodivergent Olefination of Enantioenriched Boronic Esters
A stereodivergent coupling reaction between vinyl halides and boronic esters is described. This coupling process proceeds without a transition-metal catalyst, instead proceeding by electrophilic selenation or iodination of a vinyl boronate complex followed by stereospecific syn or anti elimination. Chiral, nonracemic boronic esters could be coupled with complete enantiospecificity. The process ...
متن کاملOrganic acid induced olefination reaction of lactones.
(Z)-Selective olefination of several lactones with ketene silyl acetals was achieved by the catalysis of carbon acids (C-H acids) having a bis(triflyl)methyl group as an acidic functionality; in particular, the triple carbon acid having three bis(triflyl)methyl groups in phloroglucinol shows an excellent catalytic performance.
متن کامل(Z)-Selective Takai olefination of salicylaldehydes
The Takai olefination (or Takai reaction) is a method for the conversion of aldehydes to vinyl iodides, and has seen widespread implementation in organic synthesis. The reaction is usually noted for its high (E)-selectivity; however, herein we report the highly (Z)-selective Takai olefination of salicylaldehyde derivatives. Systematic screening of related substrates led to the identification of...
